The initiative works to remove barriers for performers through talent tracking, audition opportunities, and annual professional growth programming.

CBS Leadership Pipeline Challenge
The CBS Leadership Pipeline Challenge empowers early-career storytellers to create short films in collaboration with and highlighting the mission of hyper-local nonprofit organizations. As part of the Anthem Award-winning talent development initiative, CBS provides the filmmakers with education, mentorship, resources, a $5,000 budget and real-world creative leadership experience.

CBS Studios Casting Fellowship
This fellowship is a paid opportunity that aims to remove barriers to a career in the entertainment industry. It provides invaluable hands-on training in pilot/episodic TV casting and offers mentorship from the CBS Studios casting team.

The Nick Artist Program is a 6-month, full-time paid talent development program for aspiring artists. We seek out talented designers, painters, story artists, and CG generalists with unique voices, with the goal of mentoring, developing, and staffing the next generation of storytellers and content creators.
