Pluto Promo Material Asset Needs

Upon written request (email to suffice) from Pluto, Licensor shall work in good faith to provide the requested promotional assets in accordance with specifications provided below. From time to time throughout the Term (including upon request by Pluto), Licensor may provide Pluto with additional Promo Materials, when available. Pluto understands that in some cases not all will be available.

LAYERED KEY ART

• Format: layered PSD, all dimensions
• Quantity: At least 1 per film
• Hi-res where possible
   

TITLE TREATMENT

• Format: PSD or AI, all dimensions
• Quantity: At least 1 per title
• Hi-res where possible
• Ideally as standalone file, separate from layered key art
   

CONTENT STILLS

• Format: JPEG, JPG, PNG, TIFF or PSD, all dimensions
• Quantity: 1-10+
• Hi-res where possible
• Free of logos/branding
   

PRE-APPROVED TRAILERS AND PROMOTIONAL CLIPS

• Format: Apple ProRes MOV with split audio track
• Quantity: At least 1 per film
• Highest res possible
   

PRE-APPROVED CONTENT CLIPS

• Format: Apple ProRes MOV with split audio track
• Quantity: At least 2-3
• Highest res possible
