Justin is a Managing Director and the Chief Legal Officer at Silver Lake, a leading global technology investment firm.
Prior to joining Silver Lake, Justin served as Global Chair of M&A at Latham & Watkins LLP, a leading global law firm, where he advised public and private companies, investment funds, and financial institutions in negotiated and contested M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, public and private investments, and restructurings. His expertise in entertainment law has earned him recognition in The Hollywood Reporter's prestigious annual "Power Lawyers" list in both 2024 and 2025. Before joining Latham & Watkins in 2019, he practiced at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York.
Justin holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he graduated cum laude in 2003, and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
