Jay Askinasi is the Chief Revenue Officer of Paramount, a Skydance Corporation. In this role, he leads the advertising sales team and drives digital-first commercial strategies. Jay partners closely with the company’s technology and product teams, leveraging data-driven insights and cultivating ecosystem partnerships to advance Paramount’s shift towards a unified advertising platform.

Jay most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Global Media Revenue and Growth at Roku, where he led ad sales, including enterprise partnerships, programmatic go-to-market strategy, marketing, and measurement. He drove exceptional growth by forging strategic partnerships with technology leaders, including Amazon Ads, Adobe and The Trade Desk, integrating proprietary data for audience planning, measurement and campaign optimization. Also, during his tenure, Jay introduced Roku Ads Manager, which allows brands of all sizes to easily launch campaigns using leading ad technology. 
 
Prior to Roku, he was the Chief Executive Officer of PMX US at Publicis Groupe, where he modernized media investment strategy across its agencies. Earlier in his career, Jay held senior leadership roles at Publicis Media; AT&T, where he led Agency & Platform Partnerships; and RUN, a leader in mobile-focused programmatic advertising technology.
 
Jay received his Bachelor of Arts from University of Maryland, College Park.
