PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Paramount Global’s Responsible Sourcing program promotes an innovative and competitive supply chain. It focuses on ensuring equal opportunity for suppliers to provide products and services by expanding our supplier network competing for contract opportunities within our supply chain. Further, we are focused on identifying and implementing measures to limit our environmental and social impacts to ensure that our productions, day-to-day operations, and supply chain are sustainably managed. 

We support our initiatives through outreach activities that help us to continually identify and educate new suppliers about our company, our programs, and our commitment and impact in various communities.

We expect our suppliers to remain in strict compliance with all laws and regulations in the places where they do business and to maintain the highest ethical standards, as outlined in the Paramount Supplier Compliance Policy. We also expect our suppliers to be familiar with the Paramount Global Business Conduct Statement, which expressly prohibits inappropriate conduct, including bribery and corruption, anticompetitive business practices, and physical and sexual harassment. Suppliers are also expected to be in strict compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards regarding forced or child labor in our supply chain.

Engagement with leading advocacy organizations, including but not limited to the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), National Veteran Owned Business Association (NaVOBA), Disability:IN, The Conference Board and Sustainable Purchasing Leadership Council (SPLC) strengthen our efforts.
