Paramount’s Music Showcase Initiative was launched to provide mentorship and opportunities for individuals that have been historically underrepresented in the music industry. We believe that music is a critical medium for artistic self-expression; the messages inherent in music drive public exposure to diverse multi-cultural sounds, ideas, and issues. Our goal is to amplify previously unheard voices within the music community to elevate underrepresented groups both in music and the current cultural landscape.
