Our Supplier Diversity program is focused on increasing and strengthening partnerships with diverse suppliers, which include minority, women, LGBT, veteran, and disability-owned businesses that are considered to compete for contract opportunities within our supply chain. Approximately 1,300 of our vendors are diverse, self-classified, or third-party certified.

We support our Supplier Diversity Initiatives with outreach programs that include showcases, conferences, and development projects that allow us to continually identify new diverse suppliers and increase visibility of our commitment in those communities. National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC)
Mission: The National Minority Supplier Development Council advances business opportunities for certified minority business enterprises and connects them to corporate members.
To achieve our mission, we will:
- work through the NMSDC Network to support and facilitate MBE integration into corporate and public-sector supply chains;
- build MBE capacity and capabilities through our programs and other education offerings; and
- facilitate MBE-to-MBE partnerships to meet the needs of our corporate members.
The National Minority Supplier Development Council Inc ® (NMSDC®) is one of the country’s leading corporate membership organizations. Whether you’re a small minority-owned organization or a billion dollar powerhouse, we’re committed to helping you solve the growing need for supplier diversity. We do this by matching our more than 12,000 certified minority-owned businesses to our vast network of corporate members who wish to purchase their products, services and solutions. Our corporate membership includes many of the largest public and privately-owned companies, as well healthcare companies, colleges and universities. The NMSDC network includes: – a national office in New York City – 23 affiliate regional councils nationwide – 1,450 corporate members and growing We’re proud of our unwavering commitment to advance Asian, Black, Hispanic and Native American suppliers in a globalized corporate supply chain.

National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC)
The National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), the business voice of the LGBT community, is the only national advocacy organization dedicated to expanding economic opportunities for the LGBT business community.
NGLCC is the exclusive third-party certifying body for Certified LGBT Business Enterprise® (Certified LGBTBE®) companies. Over 1/3 of Fortune 500 recognize this certification and partner with NGLCC to create fully LGBT-inclusive supply-chains.
The LGBT business owners NGLCC represents generate over $1.7 trillion in economic impact, create jobs and innovate business solutions nationwide. The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) is the largest certifier of women-owned businesses in the U.S. and a leading advocate for women business owners and entrepreneurs.

Disability:IN is the leading nonprofit resource for business disability inclusion worldwide. Our network of over 220 corporations expands opportunities for people with disabilities across enterprises. Our central office and 27 Affiliates serve as the collective voice to effect change for people with disabilities in business.

National Veterans Business Development Council (NVBDC)
The National Veteran Business Development Council is the leading Veteran Owned Business Certification organization developed by Veterans, for Veterans. The purpose is to provide a credible and reliable certifying authority for all size businesses ensuring that valid documentation exists of a Veterans status, ownership and operational control.

New York & New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council
The New York & New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc. (The Council), established in 1973, is a vital link between major corporations and minority business enterprises (MBEs). Each year, member corporations have reported billions of dollars spent with Council-certified Minority Business Enterprises. Serving the New York and New Jersey region, The Council is one of the 23 regional affiliates of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc. (NMSDC).

SCMSDC drives opportunities and collaboration between corporations and minority businesses by:- Certifying qualified MBEs

WBEC Metro NY & WBEC Greater DMV
WBEC Metro NY & WBEC Greater DMV (formerly WPEO) is a dynamic community of certified women-owned businesses which comprises two of the 14 regional partner organizations of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)—the nation’s leading advocate for women-owned businesses. Furthering the success of women-owned businesses is our primary mission. We provide WBENC certification—the gold standard in diversity certification—at the regional level, and serve as an advocate for certified women-owned businesses in our New York and Washington, D.C. regions, offering them educational programs, networking opportunities and recognition.

The National LGBT Chamber of Commerce New York (nglccNY) provides its members with transformational networking and educational opportunities that increase the financial, intellectual, and social capital of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender business community. As the NY LGBT & Allied Business Network of the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, nglccNY provides certification opportunities for Certified LGBT Business Enterprise® (Certified LGBTBE®) suppliers, opening up countless contracting and procurement opportunities with corporations and governments nationwide.

Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC)
The Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC) is the state of Georgia’s leading advocacy organization for small business development and supplier diversity. Our primary focus is simple – to certify Minority Business Enterprise firms, help them prepare to engage global supply chains, and then facilitate partnerships with corporations and governments in need of their goods and services. We also advocate on behalf of our community in the halls of government and the overall community.

- Engagement with leading advocacy organizations, including the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) and Disability:IN to strengthen our efforts
- Expanding our influence and Supplier Diversity impact with a Tier 2 program that will ensure our non-diverse supplier partners (Primes) share our diversity goals, thus magnifying our impact by reaching deeper into our supply chain
