Internal Application Process

Paramount Pictures is dedicated to assisting employees to reach their professional goals through internal promotion and transfer opportunities. Please click "Apply for a Job" on the left of the screen to apply for any position that you are qualified for that interests you.

Guidelines for consideration

• You are a current, regular full- or part-time Paramount Pictures employee
• You have been in your current position for at least 12 months (Exceptions to this 12 month requirement can be made by your current supervisor and should be consistent with company business needs.)
• Your performance meets established work standards in your current position
• You have not had an employee counseling or corrective action within six months
• You meet the qualifications listed for the position on the job posting

Steps for interviewing

1. Complete an Internal Job Application form. Applications are available on Paramount Pictures Intranet site http://ppweb/par_hr/Main.html (Human Resources > Human Resources Online > Forms Library > Employment and Development Forms) and in the Human Resources department located in the Pickford Building.
2. Submit the Internal Job Application to your Supervisor for approval.
3. Submit your completed and approved Internal Job Application and send to the appropriate Recruiter.

Only candidates formally entering the interview process will be required to obtain Supervisor's approval.

All hiring decisions will be made consistent with Paramount practice and the law. All applicants will be evaluated against the hiring manager's selection criteria.
