PARAMOUNT TO RE-RELEASE ACADEMY AWARD®-NOMINATED "RANGO" BEGINNING FRIDAY, JANUARY 27th

The original animated comedy-adventure from Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies a Blind Wing/GK Films Production that takes moviegoers for a hilarious and heartfelt walk in the Wild West, was this morning nominated for an Academy Award® for Best Animated Feature Film.

WINGS Rewind Screening, Los Angeles

A fabulous night was enjoyed by all as the newly restored "Wings", debuted at the Paramount Theatre on January 19th. "Wings" is the first film to win the Oscar® for Best Picture and the only
silent film to do so. Starring "It" girl, Clara Bow, Charles 'Buddy'
Rogers, Richard Arlen and a young Gary Cooper, the film becomes
available on DVD and blu-ray on January 24th!

Director Michael Bay Signs Two-Picture Deal with Paramount

FIRST UP FOR THE PROLIFIC FILMMAKER IS "PAIN AND GAIN" STARRING MARK WAHLBERG AND DWAYNE 'THE ROCK' JOHNSON, FOLLOWED BY A NEW INSTALLMENT IN THE HUGELY POPULAR "TRANSFORMERS" FRANCHISE, TO BE RELEASED ON JUNE 29TH, 2014

HOLLYWOOD, CA (February 13, 2012) -- Paramount Pictures announced today that director Michael Bay has signed a two-picture deal with the studio, which will commence this spring with the filming of "Pain and Gain," and will be followed by the next installment in the hit "Transformers" franchise.

J.J. Abrams Begins Production on the Next "Star Trek" Movie

Paramount Pictures and Skydance Productions Will Release the Anticipated Sequel on May 17, 2013

LOS ANGELES, CA (January 13, 2012) -- Paramount Pictures announced today that principal photography has commenced in Los Angeles, CA on the sequel to STAR TREK from director J.J. Abrams. The film will be released on May 17, 2013 in 3D. The 2009 re-launch of the "Star Trek" franchise by Abrams was met with critical acclaim and a worldwide gross of over $385 million at the box office.
